You may return new, unopened items redeemed through Merchandise Rewards within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit the Contact Us page to submit your claim and a member of our Customer Service Department will process your submission within 48 hours.
You should expect to receive your merchandise exchange information within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your exchange information more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Merchandise Rewards does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindle more than 30 days after delivery
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards
- Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
- Items redeemed from programs other than Merchandise Rewards
- Jewelry
- Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned
- Undamaged merchandise.
In-Store Returns
Items redeemed from Merchandise Rewards cannot be returned to a physical store (such as Target or Office Depot stores). For returns and exchanges, you must visit the Contact Us page to process your claim. Please allow 48 hours for a Customer Service Representative to process your claim.
Using our Return Mailing Label
A return mailing label will be emailed to you from our Customer Service Department once your Return/Exchange Claim has been processed and approved. This return mailing label is valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other redemptions, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct credit. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
